PROCESSING TIME

We strive to ship out all orders as soon as possible. However, please allow 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for order processing before the order ships. Orders placed after 5 PM EST on business days will start processing on the next business day. Additionally, orders placed after 5 PM EST on Fridays, or during the weekend, will start processing on the following business day. 

*For any national weather delay, please allow 1 additional business day for processing.

SHIPPING/TRACKING

When your order is done processing, you will receive a separate email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take each shipping carrier a little time to update the tracking link so that you can accurately track your package. We also have a "Track your package" page on our site that you can utilize for tracking purposes.
